Layton sacrificed his own eyes in order to strengthen his psychic abilities, he believed that taking away the most important sense would strengthen his other senses, including his psychic sense, and to a degree it actually worked
Relies on his strengthened psychic senses to get around and “see”

He has eye tattoos on his hands and up his arms, he also wears clothes with an eye motif and he wears a bandage over his eyes

While he’s incredibly powerful, using too much power puts stress on his body and it leaves him aching in pain and may also cause his eye sockets to start bleeding because of the stress and pressure in his head
He’s almost always using his psychic powers to sense the world around him and thus he can be prone to headaches, migraines, and tiredness

While he is very powerful and has a lot of strengths, he also has a lot of weaknesses

Has a beard with a moustache that curls upwards and slicked back hair. When his hair isn’t styled it’s wavy

Has a red and white cane to help get around without using psychic abilities but also has a butler/carer who allows him to tap into their mind and see through their eyes
