Kokoro is the offspring of a Kijo and a Human male. Kijo are female Ogre like demons that eat anything and everything alive. they were once human females but due to sin or hatred they are cursed to turn into a Kijo. Kokoro inherited the human appearance of her father and the supernatural habits of her mother. She looks like every other human child but when she becomes hungry her eyes turn crimson like her mothers and she develops the need to eat Anything alive: birds, squirrels, and traveling humans.

Kokoro lacks the ability to care about other people, she doesnt understand the concept of friendship and kinship. Though she can enjoy the company of someone she would not be phased by their death. When she was old enough to develop her mothers...habits..she attacked her father and consumed him. She feels no regret of this, even though she can become "lonely" but this is due to boredum.

She is often falling over or staining her clothing with her last meal having to sew a new one so she can be drawn with clean torn clothing or bloody ones (see ref). Her bandages are often loose as she does it herself. she has waist long dark brown hair and honey eyes (when not hungry, eyes become red when she needs to feed). She only has one shoe on, she seems to have lost it chasing a rabbit.

She lives in the woods outside of a village, shes known as the Sirens Child (due to her humming as she eats) and people are warned of the forest, though they still enter..most not returning.
