Betty's pretty mature, but none of the younger ones take her very seriously. She often butts heads with Buck over who should get more work around the farm, she thinks she's mature enough to handle it, he thinks she can't handle the workload. She thinks he's given more responsibility around the farm because he's a boy, he thinks she doesn't do enough and needs to step up her game .She doesn't like how much attention Buck gets from Striker, and wishes her dad would give her more of a chance. Part of the reason no one takes her seriously is since she doesn't do her work she thinks she can handle a tougher workload, so she doesn't wanna do the easy stuff, but to the others, it just comes off that she's lazy and doesn't wanna do work, or that she's not mature enough to handle the responsibility, or that it's too hard for her and she needs to be on the real easy stuff. Much to her dismay and annoyance.
