Being the eldest son of the leading tengu clan amongst the far shore was no easy task for Kinzo, he was often forced to maintain a serious presence which led to repressing his carefree bubbly nature. Kinzo ended up doing a lot of the work his mother and father did to prepare himself for the day he became the head of this clan, day in and day out was extremely stressful. And it didn't help when Tori threw their family into dissary. Fed up and done, Kinzo dipped to the near shore.
He was not custom to the near shore whatsoever, often flying aimlessly and just watching people, after a few days of rumors spreading Tansho showed up to the scene and quite literally shot him down from the sky. After telling the god of his situation he stayed with Tansho for around 5 years, viewing him as somewhat of a father figure. But now on his own after gathering himself, Kinzo is able to freely be who he is amongst the living.
