The Creustacean Queen aka Nora Alpin is a half shrimp-human elite deriving from Saphica. She controls the imports and exports coming from every single planet in Desert's Edge.
On the outside she is cold, ruthless, and chaotic. She wields her power with an iron fist as she commands her army of shrimp. Her right-hand man, Westley, is her nerdy prince charming as he is her personal scientist.

Nora grew up on the planet Saphica on a huge boat house. Her parents were at the top of the game when it came to fishing for Saphica's many cities, causing this family of three to run a very successful business. Although Nora chooses not to continue the business, she often admires that simple lifestyle.
After graduating from her studies, Nora decided to join Saphica's militia. This is where she met her best friend, Takeo Nyaki. Takeo specialized in sniper rifles, Nora found interest in handheld pistols. While Takeo eventually dropped out of the militia to become a bounty hunter, Nora continued her work until she managed to amass an army to her becking call. She now runs and manages all imports and exports going in and out of each planet. Making her station a sort of middle ground for it all.
During her time, she hired Westley, a young scientist who charmed his way into Nora's heart with his intelligence and nerdiness. Not wanting to lose him, she quickly arranged a deal of his own private laboratory on her station with a high salary to boot.
Although Nora is seen as a bit of a screw-ball in some eyes, she is a confident business woman and queen who takes her work with stride and an iron fist.

- Even though she has traits of shrimp, she cannot live or breathe underwater like most residence. She tries very hard to hide this fact from the public.
- Besides her shrimp tail, Nora's one eye is also linked with traits of shrimp, however, she keeps it covered or bandaged as she's self-conscious about it.
- She adores Westley and would do anything for him.
