Dorian Phoenix

Dorian is a scholar of magic and seeks to learn the ins and outs of how magic works. His lack of notable findings leads him to take on more dangerous and immoral methods of testing his theories. One of these methods--and his most notable one--involved subjugating a Rank S mage (Kiki) and using her as a catalyst to absorb other mages' powers into himself. He is one half of the infamous Devourer that has terrorized the magical world across time and space.
