Foggy has lived many lifetimes, too many to recount here. But they all start with the prince who wanted more then he could handle. Who took the deal to remove the roadblocks in his way- to try and fill the hole in his heart... Only to find it solved nothing at all, and only earned him a quick trip to the bottom of the ocean. 40 lifetimes of conniving and straining to fulfill something he cant name, Foggy finds himself with too many debts on his soul, and no idea how to pay them back.
These days, Foggy finds himself in Bay City, trying to keep his best friend safe, while a etheral presence haunts and hunts them both. Hes not sure he'll be able to survive a second enounter with the Ghost, but he cant let sum get hurt again. Not again.

Foggy is a man that prides himself in being able to go with the flow. think on his feat, keep things fun and easy. Most importantly- hes good at getting the hell out of dodge the moment things start going south. Except. He hasn't left yet, when things are DEFINITELY going south. Pesky attachments are going to be the death of him... but he cant leave his heart to fight this all alone.
Lesson
Take responsibilty for his own actions- Accept that there is more to the world then Us against Them, That help may be in unspecting places.
Personal Void
The bottom of a pitch black ocean- chains and hands drag him down, tie him to the bottom- he tries to explain himself, how it wasnt his fault- but the water rushes his lungs. He cannot escape it, here.
Abilities
Can turn into fog! When in the altered state he can move around faster, avoid damage, and get in and out of spaces normally inaccessible. Notably, in this state he can also momentarily possess other people- with the caveat that if he stays for too long, they both will risk death. While in his fog form he is immune to most physical damage, but will suffer from being dispersed too thin.
Symptoms
His Lungs with begin to fill up with dark water, causing him to have difficulty breathing. Trouble maintaining a solid or gaseous form, body beginning to osscilate between both unpredictably

Started the cycle very cherry and cute-alot of traits ganked from sum directly. Unfortunately that quickly fell apart when sum got mugged and he stressed himself out trying to take care of her and also track down the person who hurt her.
Ended up possessing her for a bit as a last ditch attempt to keep her alive- but resulted in his symptoms advancing MUCH faster once she was stable enough to be depossesed. Hes uh. hes doing very badly right now.

His Best Friend, his guiding light. In their previous cycles Sum affectionately bullied him into beinga better person, got the restlessman to settle down, make more meaningful relationships. With her help, he almost learned his lesson...So it makes sense that he didnt deal well with her death. He followed not long after.
In their current cycles they found themselves naturally drawn to eachother, entering a fast friendship. Hes a little over protective though, and their friendship can lean some what...co-dependant. Niether can stand the thought of losing eachother, and yet the world seems determined to make it so.
Had somewhat of a playfully antagonistic realationship in his previous cycle, and foggy had what might be called "an obvious crush" on the cowboy. Unfortunately whatever relationship they couldve had was cute short- as foggy lost his heart, and began to hunt liar. Keen was able to stop foggy from doing much more harm, but it cost him a leg and the remains of their friend group.
Current Cycle he feels... guilty. He trusts keen to do whats right, but he also has a healthy dose of fear about him. its... hard to sort things out in his head, really.
In their previous cycles they had a friendly relationship, playfully flirtatious and competitive. They were rather similar people after all- and a liar knows another liar quite well. What friendship they had soured rather abruptly though, when liars inaction led to Sum's untimely demise. He made sure liar suffered for it.
In their current cycles they fucking hate eachother. its on sight. Hes not enemy number one, but he IS an asshole, and foggy cant fully forgive him. not yet.
