Aislinn

A long time ago, Aislinn ruled over the land along with her brother, Crimson. Aislinn was known as the Goddess of good fortune and Crimson the god of bad luck. Aislinn would tend to her peoples every whim and protect them while Crimson would would bring challenge and disaster upon them. This caused a rift between the siblings that culminated in a long war between the two. The war ended with Aislinn using all of her power to banish Crimson to another dimension, but in doing this she herself loses her connection to the living world and gets banished to a separate dimension. During their time in their dimensions, they regain enough power to have a connection to the living world but not enough to return to it themselves. In order for them to return someone from the living world must summon them. The only way they can interact with the living world from their own dimensions is through dreams, making Aislinn the Goddess of dreams and Crimson the God of nightmares. Overcome with loneliness from centuries of being alone, Aislinn uses a chunk of her power to make herself a baby boy who she names Hazard because of how much of a handful he is, but she likes to call him her little Magpie.
