Hifumi Hyūga

Appearance
Height: 5'0" | Weight 98 lbs

Hifumi bears the stereotypical traits of a Hyūga, with brown hair kept long, pale purple eyes, and fair skin. She keeps her hair tied back in a high ponytail and her bangs cut short and blunt, to ensure it stays out of her face. She dresses in simple clothing in shades of purple, always seen with her short-sleeved hoodie. Hifumi has no interest in appearances, only care to be comfortable and able to move freely. Still, she doesn't actually care what she wears, just throwing on whatever her family provides, as long as it's simple and comfortable.

Personality

Hifumi is a loud girl who speaks her mind, whether you want to hear it or not. She refuses to let others decide who she is, living her life as authentically as she can.

History
Hifumi has always been the odd one in her family. She could never sit still and always spoke her mind, loudly and without filter. Scolding and lessons just seemed to push her further into these behaviors, as she refused to bend to the demands of her family. She saw no happiness in the expectations they had for her, and so she chose to walk her own path in life, even if everyone around her was against it.

Despite all this, she does want to make her family proud. Not by being the perfect Hyūga princess, but by showing them her strength and value  as who she genuinely is.

Relationships
Mother / Clan leader, Haruna Hyūga
Haruna is a stern mother who expects Hifumi to train endlessly to succeed as clan leader. As a result, the pair are often in opposition, as Hifumi simply wants to enjoy her life the way she's comfortable living, regardless of expectations.

Father, Hiroto Hyūga
Hiroto may not be as stern as Haruna, but he's just as demanding of Hifumi. Rather than confront her though, he prefers to direct her through more passive aggressive means, such as leaving "proper" attire  for her laid out in her room, piling texts upon her bed relating to clan traditions and politics, and otherwise invading her space with  reminders of what's expected of her.

Younger brother, Hideki Hyūga
Hifumi and Hideki have a bit of a tense relationship. Hifumi loves her brother, but he's completely faithful to the clan traditions and constantly pressures Hifumi to follow them as well.

Combat Data

Hifumi is a close-combat specialist, focusing primarily on taijutsu. As a  Hyūga, she is capable of expelling chakra from every chakra point in  her body, which can be utilized in both attacking as well as for defense. Although she is competent with the Hyūga Gentle Fist style, she  lacks the Byakugan vision required to target chakra points in her  opponents, limiting her use of it. Being a close-range combatant, Hifumi  struggles against long-distance opponents and can only defend against  such attacks until she can close the distance.

Upon detecting an incoming attack, Hifumi emits chakra from all chakra points on her body and spins rapidly. The spinning chakra creates a shield that repels attacks and lasts as long as Hifumi maintains  momentum. The stronger the attack that impacts the shield, the greater the force it is repelled with.

Palm Heel Strike | rank D
Hifumi thrusts the heel of her palm into her body, sending chakra into the area of impact. This stuns the target, and can cause internal damage depending on the amount of chakra used.
