Pacifico is a very laid-back fellow. He owns an island in the Bay of a Thousand Scales and currently resides there. He built his little shack on this island, where the waves are strong and high, he likes to swim in it. Out of his own time, he'll swim to the Palace of the queen just to check things out. He sells a lot of vital stuff there, like medicinal herbs for diseases in the tribe.
Pacifico is currently taking classes in aquatic. Due to his lack of bio scales, he has trouble communicating underwater. He mainly has to rely on body language and hope for the better. However, he can understand aquatic quite well, despite not being able to speak it.
