Trivia

Rise needs to feast on physical and emotional "darkness" to stay in her solid form. In her presence people start to be happy and act caring and altruistic. A lot of people are even addicted to her presence (pure feeling of joy, like a drug) and started to found an own cult. If she doesn't get enough to eat she starts losing her shape and turns back into mere light. Sometimes Rise consumes whole souls to allay great hunger, she hates that but can't get rid of that habit. She can manipulate light and even transform it into other phases (solid/liquid/gas/plasm). Rise loves all living beeings, especialy children and dogs.

Risewas created by Kaos to bring him some company after Ness turned her back on him. When she was created light and matter and time and space sprung to life. Rise collided with Ness' beeing and a whole universe was born. Kaos could not be happier with the result and made plenty of  backup universes to play with, just in case. Ness, however, was not very  pleased to share with her new sister Rise. So she started to devour all  light she found around the universe to drown everything into darkness again. Of  course Rise fought back, she didn't want to lose her existence and all the things it caused. So more than one universe was filled with war. Kaos could not tolerate that so he took a shard of both and implanted  it in one another to end the fighting. Weakened by the contrary shard they stopped fighting. To prevent them from killing each other the shards are still connected to the former beeing, so they would kill themself if  they'd kill the other one. Nevertheless Ness won some universes which Rise was not happy about but at least she could enjoy the peace and watch life to spread.

On an alternate Earth:  Rise was always very interested in humans. She enjoyed watching them how they live and evolve. When time is right Rise got the opportunity to  possess a body once every 1000 years. This body would gain her powers and imortality (killable but not aging) as long as Rise manages to hold  up her energy. Now she could directly interact with her beloved humans, it was a pleasure. Unfortunately Rises beeing causes such a high altruistic behavior that many humans start to abandone themselves for the sake of others. They get addicted to Rises joy bringing aura and more than just a few found their end due to self loss. A sect to praise her was found which works for "the greater good" however their methods are very questionable. "One is worth nothing compared to all the others. Work for all, live for all, die for the greater good. Be happy."
