Design Terms of Use
- Do not claim that you designed the character
-Do NOT delete the ORIGINAL FILE/IMAGE of the character; ALWAYS keep it backed up, even if you don't use that design. In case you ever resell or trade that design the original file must ALWAYS be provided.
>You may do edits to the design, I would love to see what you do, but please keep it recognizable!
- Gender is completely up to interpretation, the owner can decide and/or change the characters gender, UNLESS THE CHARACTER WAS INITIALLY DESIGNED TO BE TRANSGENDER.
- You can resell the adopt if you paid for it, do not sell it any higher unless you have commissioned extra art.
- You can not sell the design if you received the it via trade or art, unless you have commissioned extra art
- Do not delete or hide character profile, this is so I can keep track of where my designs are going.
> If you’re hiding a design PLEASE add me to an authorization group or something! It makes me sad when I cant see what my designs have been doing/being treated :(
- Do not make a closed/semi-close species of my designs, My designs are only for personal non commercial use
Failure to follow these terms will put you on my blacklist.
