This world is not one I should be a part of, I shouldn't even exist. This is a world I wasn't born into but made, an experiment that finally was a success. I was the first, yet also to be the last. My life is both a gift and a curse and my time is running out while They are out to destroy me, wipe me from the planet I should not be upon. But please... Don't let them take me away. I am Ex666Z... Oh, wait, no, no not anymore. I'm Luna, and this is my story. Loud sirens screamed, filling the air. A creature ran through the corridors of an underground lab, a lab that only a few knew about. A maze of metal walls that seemed to go on forever. A maze that seemed impossible for someone to get in, let alone out of when you came from what could've been the centre of the area. If it wasn’t for the sirens, you would hear the patter of paws hitting the ground, paw steps that were from a cat like a creature. You are probably wondering, why is all this happening just for a cat? Well, this wasn’t just a normal cat. Life would be so much more simple if it was just a cat if humans didn’t feel they had to mess around with what should be left alone. “Ex666Z HAS ESCAPED! APPROACH WITH CARE AND DON’T LET IT ESCAPE OUT OF THIS BUILDING AT ANY COST!” An emotionless voice echoed over the sirens, crackly coming from above. It was only a few seconds later the corridors were plunged into darkness, with no real light to guide her way, Ex666Z only now had a small glow of the end of her tail, front paws and ears. But this was a glow and did not light the way very much if anything. But it made it easier for her to be found. Maybe that is what they wanted. “No! No! No more tests!” Ex666Z whimpered to herself quietly, for a moment wanting to just curl up into a ball. She glanced around, trying to get to know this stranger. Ears pulled down flat against her head, she used the wall to slowly guide herself forward. She shuffled along in this never-ending corridor, the sirens being nothing more than a blurred out background noise to her now. She stopped suddenly, the wall here feeling different to how the rest had been, from the turns to the doors, this wasn’t anything like that. Using the glowing light that came from her paws, she glanced around at this anomaly. She tilted her head, starting to claw at it, she flinched at the sound but continued in hopes this may give her a way out. She let out a hiss in frustration as nothing seemed to happen. It wasn’t until she heard the voice of the humans whispering. They were close. Too close. She stared off into the darkness, shaking slightly at the thought of what could be out in the unknown. Her ears twitched as she heard the voices again, she turned her focus back to the anomaly in the wall.
