Jaxulinn's element allows her to manipulate and alter the protein sequences within the genetic codes of living creatures. Essentially she can read a targets genetic code and pick and choose which ones to alter, switching an "A" to a "G", or a "T" to a "C." This requires an intense amount of concentration and understanding of genetic codes and if she is interrupted the process is stopped and she has to start over.
The downside of this is that Jaxulinn has to know exactly which proteins to swap and what effect this will produce. So, while in theory she could simply bat an eyelash and give her enemies a heart defect, the reality is that she rarely knows her opponent's genetic make up. It would take months, if not years of tireless work to crack their specific code in order to even begin the process. To make this even more difficult, she has to be actively touching the target the entire time in order for her specific skill to take effect.
To circumvent these specific problems Jaxulinn relies solely on her "weapons" to utilize her powers. In her possession she has three genetically identical laboratory rats. Unimposing at first, she has figured out three specific genetic alterations to hybridize them with other creatures. The three forms include a land, air, and sea form in order to adapt to the environment she's currently in. If she gets separated from her rats, though, she's incredibly defenseless.
Jaxulinn also never alters her own DNA, out of fear of a mistake that could result in her own death or damage to her current skills. Overall, changing her own genetic makeup is overtly risky and she prefers not to mess with it.

Jaxulinn can easily be described as "two-faced." On one side of the coin she appears very sweet and demure, but this is a simple facade to divert suspicion. With her heart gone she lost all sense of guilt, and as a consequence has little to no regard or concern to how her actions harm or injure others. She is, however, very concious about HOW her actions influence others and actively uses this to manipulate others into doing as she wishes. Though she's not particularly malicious or evil, per say, she does only care and look out for herself.
Still, she understands the value of quid-pro-quo, someone will always be more motivated if there's a reward or equal exchange... To that effect she has no problem offering benefits to her allies, so long as it's relatively painless and easy for her to do so. At times she can appear loyal to her allies, but she is constantly running a cost-benefit analysis in her head, and much of her emotional reciprocity is simply superficial.
As for her demeanor, she comes off as innocent, shy, and reserved. To those who know her there is a deeper side; her actual nature is somewhat perverse, with a cold and tactical edge. Her intelligence and quick wit are beneficial to any team, but she can slow her allies down with her poor endurance, and often requires several "meat shields" to protect her from physical attacks.

Gene Maze
Using physical contact with one of her pet rat "weapons", Jaxulinn is able to alter their genetic makeup using memory and focus. By switching around the "A"s to a "G", or a "T"s to a "C" she is able to change their physical form into something entirely different. The rat mutants then attack for her, keeping her out of the direct fray.
Stem-cells
Jaxulinn is able to cast a "cure" like spell that allows rapid regeneration of cells, stitching wounds closed at a accelerated rate.
Gene Rend (Limit Break)
When Jaxulinn's health reaches a critical level she is able to perform a "limit break," like other nobodies. Though it is incredibly risky she will attempt to grab her attacker and alter their genetic sequence. This leaves her exceptionally vulnerable, but if she is successful in scrambling the user's genetic sequence, the player will get a random heavy debuff-- or, if she's lucky, cause intense damage. Success will also leave the player stunned, allowing her to retreat and heal herself... However, if she is unsuccessful, the player may recieve a strong buff instead.
History
A Somebody...
Jaxulinn originally inhabited the Disney world of "The Emperors New Groove." Jaxulinn's "somebody" worked as a maid to the palace, and though she discovered Yzma's lab, the aloof consultant to the throne rarely noticed that her equipment was more clean and tidy than she kept it. (She likely either didn't think about the work that it took to get things clean or assumed that her many assistance took on the role.) Regardless, the maid found the various concoctions and projects to be incredibly interesting, though she never dared to touch anything or try it for herself for fear of serious repercussion.
The maid lived on the outskirts of the city in a small, modest hut, where she spent most of her little free time to aiding others-- She would give her last grain to help a stranger and suffer the consequences in silence. Generally speaking she was a nervous woman, often overly concerned as to her own appearance and mannerisms, and was constantly wrought with guilt-- feeling that the world was her responsibility no matter how inaccurate and impractical that was.
When she fell in love with a local man she found herself torn between her three lives; an indebted servant to the palace, a selfless good Samaritan, and a young girl in love. Her time was stretched far too thin and the demands outweighed her ability to complete them. Because of her inability to chose between the three all of them suffered the consequences. Her lover became increasingly demanding as well, throwing cold and cruel words at her when she failed to fulfill his whims.
A Nobody...
Over time her heart grew cold and distant, her world became a gray blurr of movements and motions with no substance. Eventually her heart separated from her body to protect itself, and the heartless scuttled off into the unknown, leaving only the husk of the woman that had once contained it. Jaxulinn was born, and free of her nagging, bleeding heart was able to cast aside those that had taken advantage of her kindness.
Jaxulinn was quickly picked up by an offshoot of Organization 13, now rebranded as "Organization Infinitus"-- given that the number was now far higher than the original 13 and growing. She found a place within the tall castle walls and established a few relationships with her fellow members.

Byxirantt
Closest Companion/Flirt Friend
Byx was the closest thing to a friend that Jaxulinn had, the two spent a lot of time together and fought side by side. Byx was the perfect shield and fighting companion as she often drew all of the attention with her explosions, buying Jax enough time to perform her skills... and though Byx typically hated people who aren't upfront, Jaxulinn was manipulative enough to know just how to balance her own carefully constructed personality without offsetting her more straightforward comrade. In fact, Byx was incredibly protective of Jaxulinn's sweet and kind exterior and just a couple of tears would put anyone who had prompted them on Byx's bad side.
Xanderous
Companion/Comrades
Xanderous is a very dry and almost dull character, he gets things done quickly and effeciently-- which Jaxulinn always appreciated. She also enjoyed bothering him with her own playful nature. Again, another useful shield in a fight, Xanderous was quick and decisive with his movements and held a lot of power and tactical skill.

They had a brief date during a valentines event, and though they never really got to fully know eachother, Jaxulinn really enjoyed the date AND discovered yet another person she could create trouble with her with the local guards. Fun times.
