please read all terms and conditions! these are not limited to what’s written here, but here’s some basic don’ts for easy reference:

SUMMARIZED “DON’T’S”:
—  do not delete my designs, private them (without sending me a quick dm) or hide my original artwork
—  do not redesign without asking, hide original art / remove designer credit after redesigning
—  do not make edits for public use (icons, pride edits, color grading, etc.) without letting me know!

GLOBAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. i retain the rights to any and every image i create! by transferring this character and design to you i retain all rights to my artwork! (this also means i reserve the right to use my  own art as icons, headers, commission examples, etc. even if it’s if a character not owned by me)

2. please ask for permission to make any edit with my artwork (icons, pride icons, color grading, etc.), especially for public usage such as on social media!

3. i reserve the right to request you take down any art you have from me on any public or private platform at any time for any reason, and within a timely manner of my request!

4. please credit me on any designs or adopts you purchase from me as the designer! you are allowed to trade any designs you purchase according to their permissions, however please leave my credit on any art of their previous design, leave it publicly avaliable and acknowledge me as the original designer in their credits!

5. if you decide to redesign, please send me a pm and let me know! i like to make sure i'm aware of redesigns! you still need to have my original design public and keep my credit as the original designer!

6. if you would like to have permission to resell a design that’s not allowed resale, please pm me and state your reasoning! i reserve my right to decline, but if you want to or believe you have good reason to i'll hear you out!

7. do not delete my designs! if you’re privating them for construction / editing reasons send me a dm so i know and don’t think you’re deleting them to override my transfer permissions or remove my design credit!

8. do not resell for higher value than what you got the design for / if through trade, it’s autobuy! besides commissions / others art, you are allowed to add personal work to its worth if it’s more than a sketch!

9. these terms and conditions are subject to change and aren't limited to what is written here! standard legal protections apply as always!

if my terms of service are broken i’ll send you a message asking you to fix the problem! accidents happen, i don’t mind! however, if the problem isn’t fixed after i send a message i will proceed with more serious actions, including but not limited to reporting, voiding designs and blacklisting. i hope i don’t ever need to do this and i’ll always look for a constructive friendly solution first!
