Design Terms of Use
Must be added to ArtFight within 24h~ of claiming, and link must be provided to it. If not uploaded, or if taken down from ArtFight, the adopt is revoked and will be rehomed. Original claimer will have no rights to use the design if it is revoked. Art added by me during ArtFight has permission to be counted as monetary value and the character can be sold or traded after said art is added.
All of the above info is clearly stated in the description of the character and any claimers are required to mention that they agree with these conditions!
Change whatever you want, resell for the same price or round about please, I'm not strict as long as you don't sell for tons more without extra art, and don't buy designs just to resell higher. Be honest about the price you paid if asking for more when selling, please!
Dtas can only be sold/traded for the value of the art you made for them or the value of anything else added. The base design/art holds no value.
Freebs/WTAs can only be given for free unless extra art is added (dollmaker/gaia art doesn't count for sales).
Freebs cannot be used for commercial purposes
Charas obtained from forum games/swaps can be traded. They can only be sold if art is added.
Nothing I created/had a hand in putting together can be turned into or redesigned into a CS due to the toxicity that's been encountered before.
