Lawful evil demon fellow

The idea here is to make a lawful evil character, though this idea might stew for a bit.

• As a LE character, they are corrupt. unlike NE who defies the rules for their own gain or CE who defies rules and morals as a force of nature, this character will instead use the rules to his benefit.
• inspired by the inspiration character, they may appear thin, but fairly built a lot of the time, though this is only an illusion maintained by their armor and compression clothes.
• Perhaps they are a soul eater on top of eating foes, granting them strong magic abilities. their belly may be marked with a strong glow hidden by their binders.
• Possibly part-demon, with their bindings suppressing their demon form and full brunt of their abilities?
• Demon form has a striped tongue
