Plush

No one knows how old they are, though the stitch-like markings make them recognizable by anyone in the area. In fact, that's where their name comes from. Over the years, they've had many names, simply going by whatever the people wish to call them. However, they've never had a name as simplistic and soft founding as Plush.

Though, the name truly does suit them. They're a really sweet dragon, who doesn't wish to harm anyone. They just want to keep to themself and be left alone. Admittedly, they have made some mistakes in the past. They attacked some livestock that they didn't realize belonged to the nearby village. From there, it didn't take long for the humans to come up with harmful tales about the dragon and sparking up some hate. If they had a piece of gold for every time they were attacked by a knight... they'd still live in the same cave because that's where their treasure hoard is. But they'd at least have a bunch more gold!

Over the years, the attacks became less frequent, until Plush finally seemed to disappear from the human's memories entirely. Now they live a peaceful life, though it can get lonesome once in a while. The thing that surprises them the most nowadays, is how fascinated the newer generation seems to be. They try their best to avoid going near where the village once stood, as to avoid reopening old wounds. However, with how humans have expanded, it's hard to avoid them completely. Yet, this new generation doesn't seem to fear them. Instead, they seem to celebrate them and show a certain curiosity towards them. As a precaution, they still try not to get too close to them too often, but it's nice to know most of their neighbors are friendly.
