- I withhold the right to remove my designs from your ownership if I deem it situationally acceptable.
- I do not revoke designs, I will not take designs away from users however if you are on my blacklist then it is your job to trade/gift away my design from your possession.
- You may not resell or profit off my designs if you are on my blacklist, you are only allowed trade/gift.
- You may make design alterations with approval.
- You cannot make redesigns or design alterations of my designs for users on my blacklist, this will result in you being temporarily blacklisted.
- You cannot claim to have made my designs as your own.
- If you have a ToyHou.se my designs must be credited to the account shibonsen
- You cannot scam other users with my designs, if found to be doing so you will be blacklisted.
- You cannot gift/trade/sale to users on my blacklist, this will result in you being temporarily or permanently blacklisted.
- If I feel your behavior is inappropriate or harassment towards myself, my friends and family, or other customers I have the right to refuse sell/trade or cancel your design/custom.
