Penny Peli Piper is the front man and lead singer of his band, Send in the Dream. Penny also works within the U.P.F., under the name of Benjamin. He has worked as a trooper since he was 15, and worked alongside of Buster Blue. Penny is a transgender man, and has identified as such since high school. When he went to junior college, he formed the band with Nevaeh Castro and Emily Day. They had made their debut album, Falling Teeth, in 1983. Because of their underground status, the band preformed at parties and smaller events until 1986 with their second album, Eyeless. This is when they signed a record deal and managed to make their way to mainstream status. During this time, Emily had started making romantic and sexual advances towards Penny. She had known he was not attracted to woman, but still kept trying to get with him. One night at a party, Emily agreed to drive Penny home while he was drunk and unable to drive. While he was mostly unconscious, she had raped him. Traumatized by this, Penny felt obligated to date her. Throughout the next 5 years, the band produced one more album and was halfway done with their 4th. During Penny's and Emily's relationship, she abused him physically and sexually.
