An athletic cat that’s constantly challenging his abilities, striving to better himself, may that be physically or mentally. He’s proactive in what he thinks is better for himself or others. Holds concern and compassion to those he thinks needs it and doesn’t like sexist beliefs, worries for others safety. Once attached to someone he becomes very protective and will defend them, doesn’t like seeing people close to him get hurt. The tom does his best to be brave and venturesome, wants to embark in life and explore his options.

These traits are some of his most obvious.

COMPETITIVE • RELIGIOUS • SOLEMN

When confident in something he is very competitive, wanting to show off his skill, specifically in physical activities. A religious tom, he believes that good and bad things come from the gods and that's an answer to most questions. He is very reserved in nature and refrains from talking about his feelings, especially if they are seen as 'weak'. Doesn't express emotions often, the rarest being a cheerful look, solemn and serious looking in most situations.

Some of these traits become more apparent as he gets older.

AGGRESSIVE • ENVIOUS • SUSPICIOUS

Aggressive once angry, the tom will want to fight, but luckily is good at withholding himself in most situations. Is jealous that other cats have families, and doesn't like when they are rude to their parents. Jumps to conclusions and assumes the worst of others, making him quick to distance himself, suspicious of others intentions. Wouldn’t be as judgemental as the rest of his city but would still have his stereotypes and wariness about others. Has good intentions and is well-meaning with his actions.

Most of these negative traits become more apparent as they get older.

Disappointment

A blue teardrop necklace was all that was left behind. No one cared to keep their tent up, it was just this necklace. A necklace that was a pairing gift from his Father to his Mother. Is that what they would've wanted to be called? Never having a tent away from the other kittens, Sigurd quickly became decent at talking to the others, wanting to be friends with them. Getting any sort of positive attention in replacement from the unknown that he lost. Even though the adults gossiped about him being weaker since his parents died to the plague, Sigurd knew he must've been born with a purpose. The only child of a dying bloodline. Only being able to guess what different traits he got from different parents.

The parents in the den inspired him a lot, the 3 siblings parents seemed like such loving parents. Early on Sigurd wanted to see the world, going a little bit too far past the den but always coming back, if he heard Orka snap at him he'd feel guilty for a whole cycle. While relaxing in the den, Firth got up, following a suspicious Orka out of the den. Wanting to be with her and Gymir, the kitten followed. Excitement that maybe he'd see something fun and learn more about how great his city was that he'd make shine him with praise!

That wasn't the case however, watching his city send a sick cat off to die made him imagine his parents dying in... such a depressing way. Their decayin bodies floating out there, eaten by fish. The 3 kittens were horrified, all having different extreme reactions. When Orka came back, only Gymir was able to slip into the shadows. Making Sigurd scared and feel panicked from getting in trouble, and see Firth show her passionate behavior for the first time. Sigurd(WIP)
