Kainen

He's a soft boy based on a betta fish and is only 2ft tall (no worries about drawing him to scale with other characters tho)!
He's afraid of his own shadow and is often times intimidated by those larger than him. His magical abilities allow him to use and create electricity (however it is only a small shock that he can produce). His more advanced magic ability is the ability to summon aquatic life. He normally uses this ability to summon marine eels, which are his favorite type of animal! His comfort summon and favorite species of eel is the snowflake eel.
He treats his summons well and will often try to pet them. Sadly, with him being based on a betta fish, he can't tolerate saltwater for prolonged periods of time (sad boi hours).  

As of right now, I do not have an example image, but he can often be seen with a neck device/collar around his gills that is filled with water. It is clear so that you can see the water inside, and is only placed around the gills/behind the neck. The device tapers off in the front, so that his throat and neck marking are still showing. He wears it so that his gills can remain wet.
Also unseen are his paw pads, which are shaped like three leafed clovers.
