 | David spent his savings to get a custom genemod. Being a relatively new technology and him only barely being able to cover the costs, it didn't come out to his specifications but even at the reduced fee for unsatisfied mods, he can't afford to redo or revert it. David works as the mascot for his local children's genemod house. It's a meetup where children or young adults can go if they are having issues with their physical forms, whether they inherited it from their parents or not, and also doubles as an orphanage. They mostly house the unwanted offspring of baseline purists who have had an affair with a genetically modified person. |
| Being in a similar situation to the children he entertains, he is able to connect with them easily and has become a parental figure to many of them. David is his happiest when he is with the children he watches over, but when he's not there he's pretty grumpy. The whispers and stares of passersby piss him off to no end. Even so, if he had the choice to change his form now, he's not sure he would do it. | |
