Jack's royal hunting guard dog. He was send off with Jack by Jack's parents because they didn't like the idea of their rebelious unruly son moving to another country without super vision. So they gave him Anubias to take with him to protect and look after him. Anubias takes this job very serious and follows Jack around everywhere he can. He is an intelligent and serious dog who is very unamused by Jack's attempts to play with him. So whenever Jack squeeks a toy before throwing it or throws a ball at Anubias he just watches it drop in front of him or roll past him before looking at jack with an annoyed unamused face. He still cares about Jack though, he is just more of a stern dad/guardian dog to the young adult than a playful companion. He will protect Jack at the cost of his life without thinking if he has to and always tries to drag the troublemaker away from people and places he deems unsafe. Because of this he is highly annoyed by the fact that Jack keeps hanging out and doing small crimes with Zack who might be his best friend but is often hanging around in shady places and probably has some contacts in the criminal underworld. (Zack is an okay dude though and he absolutely has no bad intentions towards jack just Anubias is super protective stern wary dog dad)
