just calling them a persona until i figure out their world more and other characters
half shark mutant / had arm fins but cut them off has large scars on elbows
jacket isnt originally their own which is why its so big on them
is on treatment to stop from turning full mutant made by doctor in the city
lives in an underground sewer / subway system city which is safe from the above ground mutants
is the gatekeeper to the city taking note of who goes in and out
a huge cry baby will cry and panic for just about anything / easily calmed down by the doc or certain others
