- designs/ocs I have gifted to you cannot be resold or traded without added art
-gifted designs/ocs lose all value, once you add art the price starts from the amount you've added
-if my designs are used in morally/legally wrong, hatespeech, or other bad situations I reserve the right to blacklist you
