Rao is the first son of Xin Estrel, is unkwnon how became into being mostly he was just created out of nowhere by Estrels thoughs, later it was shown to have a small star heart inside of him but with no ability whatsoever making him the first normal star heart.

he is the brother of Rio and Aro

• Legs are sort anthro like, they do have paws.
• The arm flames can disapear and apear like the flames on his head.
• The fur acts like fire but is harmless.
• Right hand and tail are gooish but can become solid at will.
