• convinced the end times are upon us, has become a magical agent of the climate in response.
• as a sorcerer, he can blast chain lightning from his fins! but his lifeforce is dependent on the weather.
• his mask's pattern is deliberately inconsistent as it's made of cloth and has to be replaced frequently from damages
