A survivor of a nuclear apocalypse, Francis tries what he can to survive in this new horrifying and harsh world. Having seen many strange and scary things Francis tends to resort to anger and shouting to protect himself, however his anger has given him a strange strength since the fallout, at the cost of self control and hazy memory. How weird. Get on his good side however and you have a loyal friend to the end.
