Bio:

Harley is one of the pair of twins, the youngest in his family. He is quite interesting appearance wise, because unlike his older siblings Mashka and Kira, he turned out to be a feral instead of an anthro hybrid. He looks like just a kitty, but he has quills along his back/shoulders, and can curl into a tight ball. Harley gets his powers from the Felodians in the family; as such, this means he can bend lightning/electricity to his will and has super speed. There are currently no signs of him having access to wings like his older brother, mother, and grandfather, but he moves so fast that he hardly needs them. Like his siblings, he has a favorite in the family: his grandpa Lyght. When he can, he spends time with him, and sometimes goes to visit Feledon with him (usually not alone though; Mashka tends to come along when he goes). He also spends a lot of time annoying his twin sister Sahvy....usually regretting it when he pushes the wrong button. This little guy is a hyper ball of fur, hardly being able to stay completely still. Lyght often jokes that he got a little too much electricity stored in him from the family, but he's...really the only one that can match his energy. This can be exhausting for his parents, but has proven incredibly useful in battle.

As previously mentioned, he's not sure if he'll be able to form wings; He makes up for it by being incredibly light and quick on his paws, often being able to rebound and ricochet off of just about any surface in mere seconds. In other words, he has the capability to literally bounce off the walls, enough to stay out of the grasp of, and even take down opponents (his sheer speed gives him enough force to perform a KO). His aiming is a little wonky, but he's done it successfully before. Though he has learned quite a bit from his family about fighting and using his powers, Harley has a wild-card take on the matter. He rarely does the same thing twice, and if he does, it happens in the blink of an eye. He's not old enough to transform into his werewolf form yet, but goes out with his father and siblings when they do for experience. Of all his siblings, he enjoys playing outside the most, and...has a bit of a habit of playing in puddles, much to Whitestar's dismay.
