Holly is a detached young woman and the fourth child in a family of demon exterminators. She was raised to specialize in exorcism by blade, and is highly skilled in wielding her demon-carver sword. Having been raised in a family that runs such an esteeemed operation, she has high standards for others, and even higher standards for herself.
On the surface, Holly displays a cold and stubborn disposition. She is emotionally closed off to many, including members of her family and her best friend. Despite her unwelcoming exterior, Holly truly wants to improve herself, but finds it hard to muster up the courage to do so. Now tethered to a pinstripe demon named Apollo, she is faced with the opportunity for self-discovery she's needed for so long.

Summary
Holly was born into a family of demon exterminators that has been running an heirloom exorcism operation for centuries. Since she was young, her focus has been on training to become an exorcist affiliated with the family business. As a result, she is proficient in blade-wielding and strategizing, and took up the profession as soon as she graduated high school. She is currently out of commission.
Holly herself is a prickly, emotionally unavailable individual. She has a difficult time believing others have reason to value her as a person, and has little faith in herself as well. Consequently, she puts up an unwelcoming front to prevent people from becoming invested in her well-being.
Her work ethic is strong, but her critical attitude is stronger. She requires the people she works with to meet the expectations she sets for herself. And no matter how well she or others perform, she tends to always notice even minute mistakes. Her ultimate goal was to become as skilled as possible in her work. Now that she is out of the profession, she finds herself lost in life.
Currently, she is tethered to Apollo through the golden necklace permanently wrapped around her neck. She shares a part of her soul with him, as does he with her. She is attempting to find a way to sever the tether in order to avoid getting themselves killed.

Apollo
The demon who "lives" in Holly's heart. Their souls are tethered together, and as a result they must protect each other until they can find a way to sever their connection.
Mina
Holly's best friend since elementary school. Mina is the social push in Holly's life where she has little reason to leave her house. The two were once inseperable, but have started drifting apart ever since Holly shut herself in.
Opal
Holly's mom and superior in the family business. They have a strong connection. Holly appreciates her mom's efforts to provide structure to her life, but wishes she would be less overbearing.
Danny
Holly's dad and superior in the family business. They have an extremely strong connection. He forged her demon-carver sword before she was born, and helped her choose it as her weapon of choice.
Emile
The eldest Garcia sibling and Holly's coworker in the family business. Holly cares deeply for Emile as he's always been there to protect and support her. Often worked together when Holly was still active in the business.
Leon
The third-eldest Garcia sibling and Holly's coworker in the family business. Twin brother to Louis. Teases Holly a lot, resulting in her teasing him right back. The two bicker a lot, and as such they rarely worked together.
Louis
The second-eldest Garcia sibling and Holly's coworker in the family business. Twin brother to Leon. Holly was never fond of how reserved he was. Rarely worked together, as he almost always worked with Leon.
Rosa
The youngest Garcia sibling. Holly gives her pointers during her training to enter the family business and become an exorcist. Since Rosa is Holly's only younger sibling, Holly has developed an intense desire to protect her from harm.
