Design Differences:
Gift's base red color is darker than other Delibirds, and their white color is more gray. His beak is also slightly darker. He has red eyes, and the markings around his eyes only extend from the corner to underneath, rather than being a full circle. He has little eyebrows as well. Finally, his beak is not as rounded as others. It seems more similar to that of a Torchic.
