Speedy's ace during his second run of the Kanto Pokémon League. Has the mysterious ability to add Water-type effects to his every physical move.
Through additional training, Feraligatr can resist Electric-type moves, causing them to not be super effective. They now do regular damage.

Design Differences:
Their base blue color is more vibrant than other Feraligatrs.
