Avicii

Avicii is the epitome of every design aspect I enjoy on one of my favourite pokemon. They are quite the jolly individual, enjoying life in the moment and makes the best of every situation. They have wish granting powers but can only grant one wish to ten people per year. They are also very picky about whom they grant wishes to, only giving them out to very close friends and even then with heavy limits. Aside from that they are a generous, kind hearted Axew who does every they can to help others. They smell like oranges and their tail has a squeaker in it.
