Jimbob is a very cynical and cold person, having suffered a lot of abuse. 

He and Phoebe were kindred spirits back in the day, always being bullied/harassed by Mickee, Foster, Pharaoh, and Vivian.

But things have changed, not phoebe is pals with foster, and jimbob has become super close with Dereck and Walter <3

His younger brother is Jojack.

His mother passed away, and now he is just raised by his elderly father, Tortimer.

Tortimer is a nice and wholesome man, but dirt poor. They live in shambles.
