Design Terms of Use
by coming into ownership of any of my designs through any means, you agree that you have read, understand and will abide by my tos. regardless of whether or not you actually read them, you will be held accountable if you own one of my designs.
terms are as follows:
1. my designs are not meant to be used to promote hate or bigotry in any way. [punishment depends]
2. do not sell my designs for more than what they were bought for unless they have extra art added. [punishment depends]
3. do not trade, sell, gift or otherwise aid or participate in the transfer of any of my designs to any persons on my blacklist. [blacklist for all involved, character rights revoked without refund]
4. do not trade, sell or gift my designs to anyone who does not have a toyhouse account. [character rights revoked without refund]
5. do not delete any of my designs off of toyhouse. return them to me if they are no longer wanted. [temporary blacklist, character rights revoked without refund]
6. do not co-own my designs. [punishment depends, but can lead to character rights being revoked without refund]
7. do not turn my designs into closed or semi-closed species, whether that be redesigning them into a preexisting species or turning their design into a new species. [punishment depends, but can lead to character rights being revoked without refund]
8. do not turn my designs into an open species. however, this only applies to turning their designs into a new species, and you are free to redesign them into a preexisting open species if desired. hopefully that makes sense [punishment depends, but can lead to character rights being revoked without refund]
9. if a user is aware they have been blocked by me, they are not allowed to trade for, buy or be gifted any of my designs. [blacklist]
being blacklisted means that the user will be added to my public blacklist. any users on my blacklist cannot come into ownership of my designs, and any designs they do come into ownership of while blacklisted can and will be revoked. this does not apply to any designs that are gained before or after blacklisting. this cannot be used to take characters from any user who is not on my blacklist.
things that are a-okay to do with my designs:
• make any art of them as long as it doesn't contain a hateful message. i genuinely dont care otherwise
• change the design in any way as long as my art is not being edited to do so. be sure to credit any designers who contributed to the current design via adding them as a designer
• feature them in commercial material, plushies, fursuits, etc- as long as i am credited in the description of any commercial material for the design.
