Patti is the a traveling merchant that makes a brief appearance in chapter one. She is a well known con artist that owns a wagon/pawn shop. She travels in the desert outside of Kingston and prey's on gullible and weary travelers.
No one knows what race she is as she was cursed by a witch to look like a broken doll/clown. Her extremities (head, wrists, and feet) are not connected to her body and float next to her body as a result of her curse.
