- like 7, maybe 8 ft tall. this guy's yuuuuge
- people call him various names derived from 'scrapyard' which is all fine but if someone calls him 'scrappy' theyre probably losing a limb
- MEAN AND RUDE!!!!!! RUTHLESS!!!!!! LOVES PULLING PEOPLE APART LIKE TWIZZLERS!!!!!!!!
- unless theyre a child, infirm, or otherwise unable to step up; in that case he's still not Nice but he won't press a fight and/or he'll stick up for them if the situation calls for it ("pick on someone your own size" etc etc)
- originally he was a generic manual labor/heavy lifting class of robot, until he got old and was decommissioned, send off to be torn down for scrap. initially he was resigned to it until the last second when he was like "fuck this actually i never got to do anything cool or fun my whole life" and broke out (as best he could, being a run-down old guy--its was a bit of a harrowing ordeal)
- got taken in by other mechs in Novus' Underground that basically had similar backstories, built himself back up to working order with their help. he never cared about aesthetics and just built himself to be sturdy and tough like he used to be, only ever replacing parts as he needs to with whatever works best for what he wants/needs, though intimidation factor is definitely a bit of a consideration
- over the years he's established himself pretty well as a prominent figure in the underworld at the head of a gang made up of other discarded, downtrodden or mistreated mechanicals, generally doing work as bruisers, mercenaries, bodyguards, extortionists or anything else that might call for raw brute strength. complete with corny titles calling him a king and whatever shit You know
- the X painted on his visor was basically a marker to designate him as being garbage and he just keeps it around as a sort of symbol of what he's survived
