A serious individual and self-made outcast. She dislikes interaction and finds small talk exhausting. She’s very no-nonsense and mostly only concerns herself with her work. She wakes up, works hard, eats a nighttime meal, goes to sleep, and repeats the cycle the next day. If asked, she would never say that she desires companionship, but sometimes a strange pang resonates in her chest when she watches Bluebelle interact with her admirers. Occasionally at night, after she’s finished working, Permafrost will settle atop the hill that houses her den and look down at the other ufogs going about their business. This view often includes Bluebelle and her group of friends and admirers. Permafrost has never spoken to Bluebelle, but the other female does call out to her and say hello nearly every time she spots her. Permafrost can’t bring herself to offer anything more than a grimace and a nod in response.
