Marshall is an only child in a dysfunctional home. Surrounded by yelling, drinking and endless searching for ways of escape, Marshall eventually found himself joining and creating a band with some friends.
"WET SOX" gave Marshall purpose, so he was going yo devote all he could to make the band thrive. Their first album "Toes in Soggy Water" was his idea, and all of their artworks come from collages of all the band members. Secret socks are hidden in every album cover. He eventually even created a nickname for himself "basil".
