Dr. Occulus

Dr. Occulus is the 3rd and last head of the department, his role is that of a nuerologist as his demon ability is mind control and the bending of minds, whether he is actually knowledgable of anything to do with the brain is debatable. Though Occulus's ability is quite poweful his overall stature and personality is weak and cowardly and will always find a way to worm himself out of a situation when he is in a pinch.  

 

Occulus tolerates Drick and Vermin and often acting as a mediator between their constant bickering, he views this as a constant buffer to any work and progress getting done and he finds himself as doing most of the work when it comes to prepping experiments up for soul hybrid procedure.
