TOS/Rule Adoptable

• when you use my art, pls give me a credit to my toyhouse N71YBYO or ZenirrB for Off-site
• can be resales, but do not resale higher price you buy (add the cost of extra is ok (*e. g. commission art))
• OTA/DTA/Gift is Ok.
• Can be Developed and modified (e.g. costume change). *Don't edit my art, pls re-draw*
• Don't use character for NFT(Non-Fungible Token)
• OTA/DTA/Gift is Ok.
• for OTA, if you offered money, can be resales at a lower price than you bought or original price in you buy(add the cost of extra is ok), if other(trade), sales are not allowed but you can resales/ota if any commission value.

• Do not deleted free character from Toyhouse (change of owner is only allowed within Toyhouse)
• Do not use for commercially
• Don't resale/trade/offer and anything.(Although there is added worth(e.g. commission art, art trade and other))
• Gift/free only.
• DTA are not allowed.
• Can change owner after 1month(30days)
• If you don't use my adoptable anymore, you can send my adoptable back to me (ZenirrB Or N71YBYO)
• Trading and re-selling is only allowed in the event of a  general unlock(+$20) or commercial unlock (+$70) and the rule will be change into a my general rule.

• My character is usually used in a personal use, but only a small of them can be used commercially(commercial use unlocked). If you have any question, please DM to me first.
• I will always write the usage type(personal or commercially) on TH or email. Therefore, please check the ownership on TH or email I sent you. *if freebie adopt = personal only*
• I accept for re-sell at a higher price if you re-design it, but you need to unlock commercially first. 
  • Please don't a little change and sell it at a more expensive price
  • Please make sure that there are enough changes to resell at a higher price.
• My art and design is not allowed to be applied to AI
