A Shogun in his own rights, Fujin Minaki is one of the very few beings on Kotiin that bothers to have more than one name.
He is considered a living mystery with many rumors and legends being passed around about him and his Bladed-Polearm; Rokuon-ji. Seemingly getting more crazy as the years pass.
While really he got tired of the Warrior life and decided to take his fate into his own hands. Hiding out in the harsh Winter areas of Oysphe, he is sought out by many wishing to prove they are the strongest of Pakaasu.
