   Holly is a citizen of Hylaeus City, though developing her mermaid form later in life. She was more of the type of person to avoid people, shutting herself away rather than confronting things. She's known at her school for being closed off and acts rather hostile to those that try to open up to her. It didn't get better in her teenage years, as she became more and more rebellious. But when she was 15 years old, she ended up turning into a mermaid on a rainy day as if she got it because of puberty, as she screams out to her mom for help.

   She became much more humble after that, especially after people began picking on her at first for crying wolf. But slowly began becoming more comfortable with her mermaid side. During this, she began bonding with a mermaid by the name of Aglaia. As she helped Holly swim about in her new form, they both began opening up, forming connections slowly and carefully. 

   Once she finished high school, she wasn't able to go to college, her hesitance to look for work ended up without any money to look for a better education. However, Aglaia was able to help her get a job at the Aquarium with a healthy income. Now Holly is a mermaid working at the Aquarium, mainly focusing on cleaning the aquarium tanks and feeding some of the fishes. She's still a tad shy but she does feel more open than when she was younger.
