Design Terms of Use
1. trading / gifting is ok.
2. resells are ok at the price you paid for the design. commissioned art prices can be added on to the resell price. personal art may also be added for their regular commission prices after discussing with me. gifted and raffle designs have a base value of $0. do not sell these designs without extra art.
3. you can edit the designs to your liking. this includes changing gender, species, or other design aspects. if you would like to edit over my art, make sure you keep a version of the original as i may not have those files in the future.
4. commercial use is not allowed unless you asked and have my permission. this goes for every design you would like to use commercially.
5. i do not allow the use of my work to be made into nfts or to be used for training ai. do not commission me or adopt any designs if you are planning on doing so.
