Once was training to become nobility within the Winter Court. He was sent to Hadreon on a mission relating to the many labs within the world, but an accident within led to him becoming corrupted. As of yet, he has yet to return to Tír na nÓg.

Ever watchful of his surroundings and the people he encounters, secretive and distrustful but extremely polite to hide his wary nature. Caelan gives aid and healing to anyone who requires it with an eerie sense of calm about his inscrutable countenance. He uses his abilities as a healer to get close to those already on death's door, draining them of any remaining life to keep himself sustained due to the corruption that is steadily overtaking his form. He is well read in many subjects with a specialty in anything pertaining to magical items.

He has a raven companion named Suzy. He carries a cold iron estoc as his weapon of choice.
