Rushmore T. Van Halen

An alien who is a big fan of Earth cultures, and considers himself an expert on human customs (though, he really isn't...)  Very friendly, talkative, and not too mindful of your personal space.  His boyfriend is a antisocial sullen goth type who is perpetually embarrassed by him, but lets him stick around because  he likes tentacles.

He's something of a genetic anomaly on his own planet, his skin colors being much brighter than average, but instead of being self conscious about it, he went the other direction and just embraced a neon aesthetic.
Rushmore is his "human" name, his real name is of course unpronounceable.
