Kharmacal Global Rules
- Don't use anything of mine, created for you or not, for cryptocurrency, AI, or NFTs. Do not sell anything of mine without my explicit written permission and knowledge.
- Art of mine can be used commercially (for merchandise, logos, etc.), provided we discuss it beforehand. Any designs of mine that you obtain can be used commercially, provided I am given proper credit.
- Any art, designs, writings, or music that I may create is allowed to be used to advertise or portray my services.
- Once you get designs from me, you can do whatever with them, but I would prefer if you didn't redesign anything to be too far away from the original. Don't crop out or cover my watermarks. I try to make them unintrusive, so why would you want to?
- You will pay after I finish the piece, but before you receive it. This is how I protect the time and money of others and myself. I will make minuscule changes for free, and large changes will cost extra (provided it's not me fucking up the design).
- I have a life outside of drawing. Asking about updates is fine, but don't rush me. I will drag my feet out of spite.
- Don't purposely go looking for my designs on behalf of someone who I've blocked. It's just shitty.
- Please wait a week before selling, trading, or raffling off my designs, and a day before regifting them. If you get a design from me for free, I'd appreciate it if you didn't just send it off to a design shelter anywhere. I'd also rather you avoid selling my designs for more than you obtained them, unless there's a fuckton of extra content attached to them, but ultimately, it's not a big deal to me.
- I know I can't stop you, but selling free characters for money is a dick move ESPECIALLY when you add nothing to them. Go to hell. The resell permissions are on for those who add worth to the character/design.
- Do not use my designs as a way to gain followers, favorites, subscribers, views, whatever, or for personal promotion, regardless of whether you obtained them for free or not. You can do it with your own designs if you want, but it's scummy to do that with designs you didn't create yourself.
- I don't really have a blacklist but if I've blocked you please go away. I don't care too much if you get my designs but don't be weird about it.
