saga had grown up in a family of very malicious dark elves who would be harmful to others they encountered, just for the fun of it. but she didn’t like that lifestyle, so she left in her twenties to try and forge a new path for herself and show that her race could be more than their stigma. 

unfortunately, the humans around where she tried to settle down were not so kind or open minded. she was bullied by the townspeople for awhile and she ended up being assaulted, which was her breaking point to make her leave. 

she is very grateful that her daughter looks nothing like the father and refuses to talk about him. however, this traumatic past has caused her to be very spiteful and hateful of humans, eventually falling back into the original stereotypes she had been trying to escape.
