Personality:

He's very caring and protective with his close friends but. Fast adapting. Modest, a bit of a pushover, kinda sweet and affectionate. Quiet and reserved, looks mean (almos never takes off his mask in front of people) but that's most not likely, he is actually quite nice once you get to know him, hardly raises his voice, likes being around people even if he doesn't speak and looks like he's bored, is really introverted.

Background:
His parents met outside the village while his father was doing his field work (they had relations), the mother became pregnant but this child was born dead. After a year his mother became pregnant again, but his father could not stay with them for long. When Jiro was two years old, his father abandoned them because he "had fallen in love" with a clan woman and was going to get married. This betrayal caused Jiro's mother to begin to have feelings of rejection for her own son, and the fact that he became more and more like his father caused her disgust. Starting at the age of 5, his mother forced him to wear a mask because she disliked seeing his face, treated him as a monster and as a nuisance. When he was 7 years old, an expedition team (in search of new plant specimens) discovered him "playing with his fire", and when they discovered that he was one of their own they decided they should take him to the village. His mother had no objection, in fact, she was relieved not to have to see him again.
Since then Jiro lived in the clan village along with other orphans. He never took off his mask in front of others, he didn't want them to see his "monster" face.
In spite of everything, he showed great skills and great potential. With time and effort he managed to become a member of the Fire Wolves special division; He quickly climbed up to No. 1.
To this day, no one has seen his face, and although he is a quiet introvert  has managed to make a few friends, very few are close, but he tries to get along with people.
He never knew who his father was and has not seen his mother since then.
Jiro learned to "split" into two people: one when he works (cold, distant, terrifying, and even sometimes torturous), and another when he doesn't (quiet but friendly, caring, and even somewhat empathetic).
